Make your own Healthy Green Tea

Hey Hey! Today I want to give you a quick and easy way for you to make your own green tea latte. This will give you the same yummy flavor you get from Starbucks or Caribou and WAY LESS SUGAR and CALORIES!! Have this in the morning to get you up and going, or make it in the morning and bring it to work with you if you need a mid day pick me up.

All you need is 1 green tea bag,  Silk Protein Nut Milk or Almond Milk, honey and 1 Truvia packet.

Steep the green tea bag in 1/2 cup of water  Take the tea and pour over ice. Add 1 cup of nut milk, one packet of stevia and a tsp of honey for sweetener. You can steep your tea in more or less water depending on how strong you like it, and give or take more nut milk to make it your own size and style you like 😉

And there you have it, your own green tea latter — you saved yourself a ton of calories that you can now consume through your whole foods to fuel your body!
